When life becomes complicated or overwhelming, a relationship with a therapist can really help you to understand more clearly what is happening and to see the roads ahead. Personal therapy is an enriching way to learn more about yourself - your habits and processes, how they align to your values and intuition, and their impact on your relationships and the world around you. A trusting relationship, where you feel safe and held, allows you to build this awareness and find acceptance with all aspects of your being. With compassion we befriend the parts we may previously have ignored or shunned, and see anew the choices we have and any avenues for change.
Yoga and gestalt therapy are beautifully complementary as they are both about expanding awareness, rediscovering our sense of wholeness and then wrapping it all in compassion for self and others. They are processes of healing and empowering.
I am an accredited gestalt therapist and offer one-on-one therapy and counselling. If you would like to work with me in this way, please get in touch. Sessions are 50 minutes and can be in person in Crows Nest, or online via Zoom.
