Mats
If you have your own mat, please bring it along although spare mats are available if needed. Click here If you would like to purchase an Eco Yoga Mat, available in a range of colours. For use at the Northbridge Sailing Club, which has a timber floor, I suggest the 6mm or 8mm mat.
